CAVALLINO LOVERS REWARDS

In the regulation text the following expressions will have the meaning attributed below:
- “Cavallino Bianco” means the tourist complex Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel with Headquarters in Rezia street 22, 39046 in Ortisei;
- “Inviting guest” means those who can claim at least 1 night’s stay at the Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel;
- “Invited guest” means those who, like every member of the family, have never stayed at the Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel.

The Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel offers two bonus programs which, in these regulations, are defined as follows:
- “loyalty bonus”, a voucher of €200 deductible against the “All-in Cavallino Bianco” prices redeemable by the inviting guest on his/her next stay at the Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel of minimum 3 nights.
The family of the inviting guest has the right to the loyalty bonus for every invited guest family which have accepted the invitation and stayed at the Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel for the first time . The family of the inviting guest may deduct each loyalty bonus from the cost of their own holiday up to the total cost of the vacation (extras excluded).
- “advantage bonus”, reduction of 100 € applicable against “All-in Cavallino Bianco” prices to be acknowledged to the family of the invited guest for their first stay at the Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel of minimum 3 nights.
The family of the invited guest will have the right to such reduction by using the guest code of the inviting guest. The bonus may be used in conjunction with all other offers available on the website, except for the “return with friends” offer. The bonus is valid throughout the year.
The following general conditions are applicable to both programs.

1. Right to participation and entry

1.1. Right to participation
individuals over the age of 18 years and having legal capacity may participate in the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs. Only one person per family may participate.

1.2. Entry to the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program
Registration to the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program is to be made via the website rewards.cavallino-bianco.com. After having completed the question form, the applicant will receive a confirmation email.
Registration to Cavallino Lovers Rewards is free of charge.

1.3. Invitation to Cavallino Lovers Rewards
In order to register to the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program, the inviting guest, must have stayed for at least one night at Cavallino Bianco. Upon completion of the registration to the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program, the guest will receive a guest code to be used to invite other families to stay at Cavallino Bianco.

1.4. Transferability and convertibility
The benefits of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs may be enjoyed by the inviting family and by the invited family as to one room per person. It is not possible to cash in the value of the voucher produced by the inviting guest. The voucher may not be transferred to another family.

2. Contents of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program

2.1. Client profile
Those participating in the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program will have access to a personal page, where they will be able to check the status of the families of the invited guests who have stayed at Cavallino Bianco and who therefore have created a voucher value of €200 to the benefit of the family of the inviting guest. The amount shown in their personal profile may be redeemed by booking directly at the hotel, via email, telephone or the website (www.cavallino-bianco.com).

2.2. Newsletter
All participants of Cavallino Lovers Rewards will periodically receive a newsletter via email containing all new offers.

3. Validity of inclusion in the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program

Inclusion in the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program is for an indefinite period of time, provided that Cavallino Bianco shall have the right to interrupt the program at any time.

4. Variation of the general commercial conditions and of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program.

Conditions applicable and in force at any given time as well as benefits and services offered are available for consultation by Cavallino Lovers Rewards program participants on the following website: rewards.cavallino-bianco.com.
Cavallino Bianco reserves the right to modify the general commercial conditions and the content of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs at any time. The aforesaid modifications will be notified in writing to the participants of Cavallino Lovers Rewards by email at the address supplied at the moment of registration or as subsequently amended. Amendments will be deemed to have been accepted if the participant to Cavallino Lovers Rewards does not express its disagreement in writing within one month of the notification of the variations. Cavallino Bianco will notify amendments made to the general commercial conditions by email to be sent to the Cavallino Bianco Lovers Rewards participant. Said notification shall state that should no reply be forthcoming within a period of one month, then the amendments will be deemed to have been tacitly accepted. It is the obligation of the participant to Cavallino Lovers Rewards to check the inbox of the email address indicated during the registration phase or as subsequently amended. Failure to read the notice or/and the impossibility to do so caused for reasons not imputable to Cavallino Bianco, will be result in tacit consent.

5. Withdrawal and exclusion from the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program

5.1. Withdrawal on the part of the participant
Each participant to the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program may withdraw from the program at any given time, without the need to give prior notice or justification therefore by sending an email to info@cavallino-bianco.com or by telephone using tel number +39 0471 783 333. Loyalty bonuses matured but not used will be cancelled upon receipt, by the part of Cavalllino Bianco, of a notice of withdrawal-.

5.2. Exclusion by Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel
Cavallino Biancoreserves the right to exclude the participant from the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs for serious reasons, without the obligation to respect any prior notice period. ”Serious reasons” shall include but not be limited to:
- Improper or fraudulent use of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs and/or other offers proposed by Cavallino Bianco;
- Inappropriate behaviour in the hotel.

5.3. Cancellation of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs
Cavallino Bianco reserves the right to cancel the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs, at any given time, without prior notice and without justification or to replace it with other initiatives.
Cancellation or modification of the Cavallino Lovers Rewards programs shall not give rise to any right to claim for compensation and/or damages by participants to the Cavallino Lovers Rewards program.

6. Personal information and data processing

Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel applies the provisions on personal data processing (General regulation on data protection n. 679 of 2016 GDPR ,Privacy code Italian Legislative decree no. 196 of 2003 as modified by Italian Legislative decree no 101 of 2018 ) in force at the time. Personal information is collected, utilised and transferred in line with legal provisions and exclusively with the specific data processing consent of the data subject. Personal data processing information, data processing procedures and the rights of the data subject are included in the data policy issued by Cavallino Bianco, available ____________

7. General provisions

If a provision of the present general conditions is or becomes ineffective, this will not prejudice the validly of the remaining provisions. The ineffective clause will be replaced by a valid clause that is as close as possible to the commercial objective of the ineffective clause. This also applies to any matter not covered by these general commercial conditions.,
The general commercial conditions shall be governed by Italian law, excluding conflict of laws regulations and International sale of goods regulations (UN convention).
Any controversy relative to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation and/or execution of the present general commercial conditions shall be brought before the Tribunal of Bolzano (Italy) with the exclusion of every other judicial authority, without in any way affecting the application of mandatory provisions of law, including, where applicable, those pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, (c.d. "Consumer code").
